The hot tub in the pool area also needed some attention. the tiles were loose, and getting in was tricky without a handrail. While the gardens and vineyards were beautiful, I felt the quirky, modern design of the hotel was a mixed bag, leaning towards the stark side. It's about 30 minutes from Mendoza, so a car rental may be better than relying on taxi services, especially to visit nearby restaurants. there was plenty to cherish, but a few service tweaks would elevate the experience significantly.
